• All items are subject to availability.
• We may update prices, descriptions and availability at any time.
• Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, not acceptance. We may cancel and refund if there are errors or stock issues.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are in GBP (£). VAT status is shown at checkout (currently not applicable).
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other trusted providers.

Shipping & delivery

• Standard: Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2–3 working days). Faster options may be available at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Returns & exchanges

Request a return or exchange via our Returns & Exchanges page. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging unless agreed otherwise. Custom or personalised items may be excluded.

Use of website

• Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
