Our full returns policy
Return window
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- At peak times we’ll do our best to help even if you’re a little over — drop us a message.
Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Please try on carefully (no deodorant or makeup marks). Keep items hair/odour free.
Exclusions
- Custom/club merch and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Final sale or clearance items may be exchange-only where stated.
How to return
- Start your request using the form above (fastest) or email hello@bnox.co.uk.
- We’ll reply with the return address and simple packing instructions.
- Please include your order number and keep proof of postage.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If we’ve made a mistake or the item is faulty: we’ll cover it.
- Change-of-mind/size exchanges: customer pays return postage. We’ll ship the replacement back to you at our standard rate.
Refunds & exchanges
- Refunds go back to the original payment method once received and checked (typically 3–7 working days).
- Exchanges depend on stock. If unavailable, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund.
Faulty or incorrect item?
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a quick photo — we’ll put it right.
